Pack Rabbit will repair or replace any damage or defect free of charge. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your gear we will happily replace it. We proudly stand behind this guarantee to you.

At Pack Rabbit, our team enjoys hearing from our customers. The team values any comments, concerns that regard our services or products. However, Pack Rabbit’s company policy does not allow our team members to engage in the acceptance of product related ideas other than ones requested.
Pack Rabbit’s policy is in place to avoid any misunderstandings that potentially may arise when projects developed by the team seem similar to another person’s idea. Pack Rabbit asks that our team does not receive any unsolicited ideas for product and/or artwork.
Should you submit an unsolicited idea for a product and/or artwork, your submittal will not be subject to confidentiality, compensation or use.
